We’re in a climate emergency and it’s threatening our planet. According to experts, we’re on track for a temperature increase of between 3°C and 4°C by 2100. And these are only global average temperatures. At the poles and over land, where people live, the increase may be higher – possibly even double, which is incredibly concerning.
We need to seriously reduce our emissions and find a way of reversing the damage that is already done. Technology is being explored to remove CO2, but they are expensive and complex.
There is a simple solution – and it’s our most powerful weapon in the fight against climate change: trees.
Not only do we offer our one box, one tree commitment; ensuring that for every box sold, we will plant a tree but we also source the most sustainable options when it comes to packaging too. We take our responsibility to the environment very seriously and are conscious of the effect some packaging materials can have.
We are working towards further reducing our impact on the environment by making additional improvements to how we do business; including our dispatch, waste management, and product sourcing.
There’s always more that we can do and we are committed to striving for continuous improvement.

All our branded boxes, packaging, and protection are created using recycled or sustainable materials, all of which are fully recyclable after use. In addition, all our cardboard packaging is manufactured from FSC certified renewable sources. Although using raw materials that are recycled is usually the best solution, sometimes it’s necessary to use virgin material in the manufacturing of packaging. In these cases, we only use 100% sustainable materials.
Sustainable forest management is at the core of our packaging, this is crucial to our environment. That’s why we don’t only use FSC certified cardboard in our packaging, but we also plant 1 tree for every box we sell with the help of our partners at Ecologi.
